I recently watched the 5 Calgary Mayoral Debate; had also attended a previous in-person housing debate at the central library:
As someone who has met and spoken with each of the five candidates, I want to extend my congratulations to all of them. I truly admire their professionalism, passion & dedication to Calgary.
The discussion highlighted real concerns around housing, affordability & safety. Issues that affect all of us. It’s encouraging to see these conversations happening publicly & respectfully.
I’d encourage everyone to take some time to watch & reflect on the debate for themselves.
